He also was a divisional president for industrial giant Ferguson Enterprises. Hamp is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
Vernon Warner, Vice President Integrated Operations, Perfect CommerceWith a background in electro-mechanical engineering, Vern has more than 16 years of experience in project management including a long tenure with Siemens VDO, where he lead a team of 50 engineering and technology associates involved in new product research and on-going continuous improvement initiatives. Vern holds 13 current and 3 pending U.S patents for technologies that range from electronic signal control, and test and measurement technologies, to spray development for fuel injection systems.
John R. SharmanJohn Sharman brings more than 30 years of procurement, consulting services and leadership experience to Perfect Commerce's Board, including 25 years with IBM. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce in 2005, Sharman spent the previous 10 years with IBM helping the company build a world-class consulting organization. His most recent role was the lead Global Partner for the Procurement Services team. In that capacity, he helped build and integrate acquisitions, directing the work activity of over 1,100 services professionals. Sharman also was the executive sponsor of many IBM business partners, such as: Exeter, Interlink, Manhattan Associates, Manugistics, Ariba, Ketera, Emptoris, Cirqit, Reardon Commerce, CorMine and most recently, Perfect Commerce. In 1992, Sharman founded a supply chain consulting firm, Six Sigma Consulting, Inc. which was profitable within the first 6 months of existence and became IBM's first and only pure management consulting business partnership. From late 1973 until 1992, Sharman worked in many capacities within IBM, all of which related to the services industry.
Jerrold MillerMr. Miller is a 1977 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Ocean Engineering. In 1985, after serving for seven years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Mr. Miller became the second full-time employee of Earl Industries. In 1989 he bought the company and has been its President and CEO since that time. Mr. Miller is active in the company's daily operations while at the same time, guiding the vision and execution of the company's aggressive growth strategy. The company now employs over 800 people with locations in all of the Navy's major homeport locations in the continental United States.
