As the president and chief executive officer, Hamp Wall brings more than 20 years of business development, sales and corporate management experience to Perfect Commerce. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Hamp was president of CorMine, a leading procurement services company which merged with Perfect Commerce in July 2007. He also was a divisional president for industrial giant Ferguson Enterprises. Hamp is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
Tripp Shannon, Chief Financial OfficerAs the chief operating officer, Tripp Shannon has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a senior vice president with Wachovia Bank. Tripp is a 1986 graduate of Colgate University and received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.

Before joining IBM, he worked in various leadership positions in Asea Brown Boveri AG (ABB), with the most recent post as the North America director of supply chain for ABB Power Generation, Inc. Prior to this, he served as global corporate supply manager at ABB's corporate headquarters.
Michael Precia, Vice President, Sales & Account ManagementAs vice president of sales and account management for Perfect Commerce, Michael Precia is responsible for directing all sales generation and marketing activities to both prospective and existing clients globally. Michael is a proven business development professional with 20 years of successful sales experience, including more than 7 years with Perfect Commerce. In addition to Perfect Commerce, Mike spent 2 years in management with Ketera Technologies. Michael is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Del Putnam, Vice President, TechnologyAs the vice president of technology, Del Putnam brings with him a strong background in software and hardware design, development and project management to Perfect Commerce. Del has managed development teams in both start-up technology companies as well as mature corporations such as RSA Security, Inc., where his line of business was responsible for $150 million in annual revenue. He is also a recognized expert in the fields of Cryptography, Identity Management and Smart Card Technology. Previously, Del developed hardware and software for the Department of Energy, High Energy Physics Lab. He has also played a key role in the start-up of two software companies. Del holds a degree in Computer Science from Christopher Newport University.
Martial Gerardin, Managing Director, EuropeAs managing Director for the European Market with Perfect Commerce, Martial Gerardin brings more than twenty years of professional services experience in IT and Business Consulting activities, as well as in the specific area of the B to B exchanges. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Gerardin served as CEO in Answork from 2000 to 2004, and was responsible for Business Development in Industry markets from 1990 to 2000 in SOPRA, a leading IT consulting firm, in the French Market.
